that the problem of water supply must permanently be solved urgently. Rare
are the countries like Montenegro that have no pressing problems concerning
the lack of and polution of the waters; this makes it clear why there are
plans for the exploatation of the waters in the Lake Skadar zone, as well
as that of "Zaljevo" spring near Bar and "Mareze" spring near Podgorica,
intended to be realized in cooperation with foreign partners.
