Thank you for responding to my e-mail.
To answer a few of your questions, I call the US my country.
And of course I
would not like to see my country bombed. I gain no pleasure
seeing Belgrade
bombed. In fact, I don’t see how bombing Yugoslavia furthers
American
interests. My home and family will be safe and secure regardless
if your
part of the world is on fire.
Your target symbolizes, to me, an attempt at generating some sort
of
sympathy. The idea that anyone should feel sympathy towards
the people
perpetrating the “ethnic cleansing” of Kosovo is ridiculous.
I do feel
sympathy for the true innocents of this situation. I understand
that
Montenegro is not Serbia, but rather than hold concerts in support
of
Milosevic, your concerts should be in support of the victims of
Milosevic.
You know who they are better than me: you live there.
The images of trains filled with people being deported against their
will
speak for
themselves. There is no defense for that sort of thing.
The bombs are being
directed
toward your target by Milosevic and all those who would have us
ignore the
crimes of the Milosevic regime.
